How to make it

  • In a 10" skillet brown the meat and onion.
  • Drain the fat.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir, cover, and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed.

    Sounds like a tasty, hearty one pot dinner. Just need some cheese on top and some tortilla chips to use as a spoon! = )
