Apricot Dumplings

- 1 kg potato shopping list
- 200-300 g flour (depends how much potato needs) shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon semolina shopping list
- 2 tablespoons oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- breadcrumbs shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
- sugar shopping list
- apricot shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potatoes with skin, after they cooled down grate.
- Add flour, semolina, oil and egg.
- You should get a smooth pastry. Make a roll and cut in pieces, not thicker than a finger.
- Cut apricots in half, take out stone, add sugar-cinnamon mixture in it and pres it together.
- Take on each pastry piece an apricot and form dumpling.
- Cook in boiling water as long as they pop up on the top of the water.
- Roast breadcrumbs with oil, add cooked dumplings.
- Instaed of breadcrumbs you can also use coconut flakes, grated walnut, grated almond and so on.
