Ingredients
  • 1 kg potato
  • 200-300 g flour (depends how much potato needs)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon semolina
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • apricot

Directions
  1. Cook potatoes with skin, after they cooled down grate.
  2. Add flour, semolina, oil and egg.
  3. You should get a smooth pastry. Make a roll and cut in pieces, not thicker than a finger.
  4. Cut apricots in half, take out stone, add sugar-cinnamon mixture in it and pres it together.
  5. Take on each pastry piece an apricot and form dumpling.
  6. Cook in boiling water as long as they pop up on the top of the water.
  7. Roast breadcrumbs with oil, add cooked dumplings.
  8. Instaed of breadcrumbs you can also use coconut flakes, grated walnut, grated almond and so on.
