How to make it

  • Cook potatoes with skin, after they cooled down grate.
  • Add flour, semolina, oil and egg.
  • You should get a smooth pastry. Make a roll and cut in pieces, not thicker than a finger.
  • Cut apricots in half, take out stone, add sugar-cinnamon mixture in it and pres it together.
  • Take on each pastry piece an apricot and form dumpling.
  • Cook in boiling water as long as they pop up on the top of the water.
  • Roast breadcrumbs with oil, add cooked dumplings.
  • Instaed of breadcrumbs you can also use coconut flakes, grated walnut, grated almond and so on.
