This recipe sounds good but would you serve it with any kind of sauce? or gravy??? Would it be good to wrap the whole thing in puff pastry?

This sounds really good. I love to stuff chicken and pork and this will be just great. I am kicking myself because I make a menu for the whole month and then go shopping and I just went this week darn it. Definitly going to be on my list for next month.
