Healthy, healthy muffins. Great for breakfast. Easy to make, delicious with a cuppa coffee. They will "stick to your ribs"! So good for you!! Only 20 minutes to bake. Stir them up with your eyes closed!

I made these last week and they turned out great! I subbed canola for the veggie oil and chopped pecans for the raisins. Next time I would zest some rind from an orange. I used fresh orange juice as well. We will make these healthy muffins again!

Very good and easy to tweak a bit and add a little different spin sometimes for variety. Thank you so much for sharing. I did these with apple juice one day and I have added nuts, seeds and fruit. Versatile or perfect as is. Wonderful contribution.
