Ingredients
  • 1 fresh Cabage
  • 1 cup of shredded carrot
  • water
  • 6 tbs salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups vinegar
  • 3 fresh chilli

Directions
  1. Cut cabage into bite size or just tear it with your hand like when you prepare salad greens
  2. put the cabage in a big container put salt and water just to cover it
  3. leave it for 1 hour,
  4. excess water should come out by now (the water might double) if not leave it for another 30 mins, drain
  5. mix vinegar, sugar than pour into your cabage, add shredded carrots, chilly mix well, taste it should be sour alittle sweet and not too salty if the taste is perfect store it in jar or a container with lid
  6. store it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or over night, bon apetit ! ! !
