How to make it

  • wash than cut cucumber into 3 or four equal lenght or around 10 cms
  • lightly bruise them with knife, rub salt all over it and let it stand for 30 mins or until excess water comes out, drain well
  • in a large container add soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, vinegar
  • garlic, fresh chilli pepper, tase, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or over night
  • garnish with fresh cilantro before serving
