How to make it

  • For pineapple filling
  • grate pinapple, in a wok cook until dry
  • when it's really dry add sugar, keep stirring until it's nice and dry
  • for the skin
  • mix the rest of the ingridients if it's too wet add alittle more flour
  • on a floured surface roll the skin into a very thin skin (like a dumpling skin) wrap 1 teaspoon of pineapple filling on each skin
  • bake on preheated oven for around 20 mins or until it's golden
