Indonesian Nastar Pineapple Tart

- 1 pineapple shopping list
- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 2 cups of butter shopping list
- 1cup of flour shopping list
- 1 eggyolk shopping list
- 3 tbs sugar shopping list
- pinch ground spices shopping list
How to make it
- For pineapple filling
- grate pinapple, in a wok cook until dry
- when it's really dry add sugar, keep stirring until it's nice and dry
- for the skin
- mix the rest of the ingridients if it's too wet add alittle more flour
- on a floured surface roll the skin into a very thin skin (like a dumpling skin) wrap 1 teaspoon of pineapple filling on each skin
- bake on preheated oven for around 20 mins or until it's golden
