I order this every time I go to a vietnamese restaurant, until the a vietnamese friend teach me how to cook

Ingredients
  • 1 bowl of cooked shrimp (small srimp is prefered)
  • 1 bowl of cooked pork belly, thinly sliced
  • 1 bowl of cooked vermicelli or thin rice noodle
  • 1 bowl of shreded lettuce
  • 1 pack of vietnamese springroll rice paper
  • for sauce:
  • 1/2 cup of fish sauce
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 4 tbs of sugar
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 chilli pepper finely sliced

Directions
  1. put 1 cup of water in a big plate
  2. dip one rice paper in the plate
  3. turn into another plate put lettuce, vermicelli, 2 or 3 pieces of pork and shrimp on top, wrap like when you are making spring rolls
  4. for the sauce just mix everything
  5. it should be alittle salty and alittle sour
