vietnamese spring roll

- 1 bowl of cooked shrimp (small srimp is prefered) shopping list
- 1 bowl of cooked pork belly, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 bowl of cooked vermicelli or thin rice noodle shopping list
- 1 bowl of shreded lettuce shopping list
- 1 pack of vietnamese springroll rice paper shopping list
- for sauce: shopping list
- 1/2 cup of fish sauce shopping list
- 1 cup of lemon juice shopping list
- 4 tbs of sugar shopping list
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced shopping list
- 3 chilli pepper finely sliced shopping list
How to make it
- put 1 cup of water in a big plate
- dip one rice paper in the plate
- turn into another plate put lettuce, vermicelli, 2 or 3 pieces of pork and shrimp on top, wrap like when you are making spring rolls
- for the sauce just mix everything
- it should be alittle salty and alittle sour
