Ingredients

1 egg, well beaten

2-1/2 cups whole wheat flour or regular all-purpose flour

1/2 cup dry milk powder

1/2 tablespoon garlic or onion powder

1 teaspoon flax seed, ground

1 teaspoon wheatgerm

1-1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar

Note: I have substituted honey on occasion

1/2 cup water

6 Tablespoons beef broth

1 Halibut capsule - poke hole into end, squeeze into baby food and stir

1 jar of Gerber or Heinz beef baby food

Directions

Combine all ingredients and shape into a ball.

Roll on a floured surface, using extra flour if necessary.

Cut into shapes.

Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack.

The biscuits should be crunchy and hard.

I had to go back and read that they were for dogs because at first I was thinking that you were really losing it. Dogs would love these, kids, not so much.
