How to make it

  • Combine syrup,soy sauce,ginger and cayenne in small bowl and set aside. Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in lg. non-stick skillet over med-high heat until just smoking. Cook chicken till golden brown,about 5 mins a side.
  • Reduce heat to med-low and add syrup mixture to skillet. Simmer,turning chicken once or twice to coat,until glaze is slightly thickened and chicken is cooked thru,2 to 4 mins. Serve
  • Make sue to use real maple syrup.

    Pat, this is a terrific chicken dish. Love the kicky flavor of the ginger and maple. YUMMY. Love new ways to flavor those chicken breasts, this will be a new tasty addition to our table.
