ISABELS GINGER SNAPS

- 4 cups flour, all-purpose shopping list
- 2 tablespoons ginger shopping list
- 4 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup margarine softened shopping list
- 2 whole eggs shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup molasses shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and margarine with sugar until light and fluffy, add eggs and molasses and mix well. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and add to butter mixture a half cup at a time until incorporated. Mix well. Chill at least three hours or overnight. Form into small balls and roll in sugar. Place on baking sheet and bake for around 15 minutes at 350-375 deg.
