How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix all ingredients and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Place squashed spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Great for freezing!

    They're generally found at stores like Whole Foods and come in a box. You can cook them as you would instant oatmeal, or use them in recipes. Quinoa itself is an alternative grain (like millet, amarynth, etc.) for people who avoid rice/wheat or want something different. It's VERY nutritious and versatile! :)
