These pancakes are delicious and don't taste "weird". They can be made vegan/lactose free, and eaten with syrup or nutella or peanut butter.

I made these pancakes for breakfast today and my family liked them. I did change them up a bit. I used my own gluten free flour mix and I added a 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum. I did find that I needed to oil my pancake griddle. Gluten free flours seem to be quite sticky.
I will be making these again.
