Ingredients
  • 600 g flour
  • 400 g butter
  • 200 g powder sugar
  • 1000 g curd cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • lemon zest
  • 16 g vanilla
  • apricot jam

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix flour with butter, add powder sugar, 2 egg yolks.
  3. Roll out dough for about 1 cm thick. Bake it half.
  4. Mix curd cheese, sugar, 6 egg yolks, vanilla and lemon zest.
  5. Get half baked dough out of the oven and smear apricot jam and curd cheese mix on it and put it back into the oven.
  6. When is is almost ready get it out and reduce temperautre to 120°C - 140°C.
  7. Beat egg white with vanilla and smear on top.
  8. Bake for another 15 minutes.
