How to make it

  • in a medium bowl,mix togather,egg,oil,sugar,butter,salt and pepper stir in milk and water,set aside.
  • heat vinegar in a double doiler over boiling water
  • gently fold egg micture into hot vinegar
  • cook until sauce thickens,stirring constantly
  • serve over any fish.fried,baked broiled or poached
