SAUCE FOR FISH

- 3 Tbs. white vinegar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 2 tsp. butter shopping list
- 2 Tbs. flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- in a medium bowl,mix togather,egg,oil,sugar,butter,salt and pepper stir in milk and water,set aside.
- heat vinegar in a double doiler over boiling water
- gently fold egg micture into hot vinegar
- cook until sauce thickens,stirring constantly
- serve over any fish.fried,baked broiled or poached
