How to make it

  • Cook cornbread
  • Meanwhile, saute onion and celery in oleo until tender.
  • Mix diced cornbread, bread cubes, onion mixture and seasoning to taste.
  • Add eggs and stock.
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Bake, covered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes

    Pretty much like I do mine, cept I use all cornbread. Once had a chef tell me you can't beat jiffy. No lie.
