Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
  3. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended.
  4. Stir in the eggs and vanilla.
  5. Blend in the flour and baking soda.
  6. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.

Mmm, i need to put our pudding recipes up here...


These are awesome!!! Everyone I have made these for loves them! And the really neat thing, they never burn, even if they are dark brown on bottoms, they are super soft! BEST COOKIES!!!
