Here is a Rick Bayless quicky snack I copied out of a magazine. Save it for next summer when your tomatoes are at their peak.

Ingredients
  • Some kind of bread
  • Avocado
  • cilantro
  • tomato
  • bacon

Directions
  1. Spread roughly mashed avocado on a crusty roll, bagel, or English muffin, toasted
  2. Sprinkle with salt and cilantro
  3. Top with tomato and bacon.
