korean kimchi pancake

- 1 cup kimchi, chopped shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup of flour shopping list
- 1/3 cup of water shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 2 tbs oil shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingridients,
- on a heavy skillet add oil
- add mixture on the cold skillet and oil as thin as possible
- turn stove to medium heat cook for around 3 minutes
- flip, and cook the other side for another 3 mins
- make sure the pancake is cooked through, serve
