Baked Apple Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

4 apples, cored, peeled and sliced

1/2 c. butter, softened and devided

1/2 c. brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon cinnamon

6 eggs

1 c. all-purpose flower

1 c. milk

3 tablespoons sugar

Directions

Combine apples, 1/4 cup butter, brown sugar & cinnamon in microwave safe bowl

Heat in microwave on high for 2 - 4 minutes or until apples are tender

Spoon into a lightly greased 13" X 9 " baking pan and set aside.

Combine eggs, flower, milk, sugar & remaining butter and mix until smooth

Spread over apple mixture.

Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes

I made this adding a dash of cinnamon to the bater. I also added pecans to the apples and used whole wheat flour.It came out great
I served it with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
