Ingredients

How to make it

  • In medium bowl or resealable bag, combine juice, pepper and garlic powder
  • Add shrimp and scallops, turn to coat, let stand at room temp to marinate while cooking bacon
  • Partially cook bacon
  • Drain seafood, discard marinade
  • Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each piece of seafood
  • Thread loosely onto skewer alternating shrimp, scallop, lemon
  • Cook 4 – 7 minutes over medium turning once
  • 6 kabobs, 3 servings
