Cranberry Spice Cake

This cake will knock your socks off! It stays moist for days, if it lasts for days. It's wonderful plain...it's incredible with the cream chesse frosting!
Ingredients
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 Cup of sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup of shortening shopping list
- 1 lb can of jellied cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 3/4 Cups of flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1 cup of raisins, softened shopping list
How to make it
- Cream shortening, sugar and egg
- Add sifted dry ingredients
- Beat in cranberry sauce
- Fold in raisins and nuts
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- Cool completely and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting
