These are not your usual panacakes. But a must try. So delicious. can serve with can fruit, fresh fruit or pie filling. Don't forget the powdered sugar on top.
My mom makes this but no recipe...So this is what I use...think It is from Wolfgang Puck... More

I add raisins that have been soaking in rum or brandy for 1 hour or so. Just add before flipping the pancake over. Then I have apple sauce on the side when serving. Great Food....
