How to make it

  • Drain pineapple until ready to add to salad.
  • Place cool-whip in a large bowl.
  • Fold the pudding into the cool-whip until well blended.
  • Fold in the pineapple.
  • Fold in the nuts.
  • Cover and refrigerate at leat 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  • Garnish as desired.
