How to make it

  • Add apple juice, maple flavoring, butter buds and cornstarch to a small saucepan. Stir well to dissolve cornstarch. Cook over medum heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in sugar substitute. Syrup may be refrigerated for up to 1 week. Serves 6 ( 3 tbl per serving ).
  • Per serving: 25 cal. ( 2% from fat ) 6.2 gram carb, 1mg sodium
  • Exchanges 1/3 fruit

    Amazing and so simple! I made it with Blackcurrant apple blend and used vanilla extract to change it up and it was delicious as well! Thanks so much! Yum! :)
