Lemon Parmesan Bowtie Pasta

- salt shopping list
- 1 pkg farfalle shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- Freshly ground pepper shopping list
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced fresh chives shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh parsely shopping list
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest shopping list
How to make it
- Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add salt and then the pasta and cook, stirring often, until al dente, about 11 minutes. Drain and transfer to salad bowl.
- Add the Parmesan, chives, parsley, and lemon zest, season with salt and pepper, and toss.

What a perfect quick dinner. With a glass of wine and some crusty bread a fantastic dinner is ready.

This was really good, I did not have any chives but I still thought it was great. It was very fast and easy and a simple yummy dish and lasted me a few days. I added some franks red hot sauce to my plate :-)
