Ok this one I made up on my own from all the different things I was craving when pregnant with my first kid. It's PERFECT for spring/summer parties and can be served cold OR warm!

Elaina, I'm just making my grocery list, and this looks perfect to go along with Ina Garten's Parmesan Crusted Chicken and a green salad. I can't wait to try this!

What a perfect quick dinner. With a glass of wine and some crusty bread a fantastic dinner is ready.

Sounds great! I will make this soon!

This was really good, I did not have any chives but I still thought it was great. It was very fast and easy and a simple yummy dish and lasted me a few days. I added some franks red hot sauce to my plate :-)

All my favourites combined! Yummy

Oh! and I've also added a jar of artichoke hearts in the mix before and people LOVED that!

You can also add a couple big tablespoons of heavy cream to the mixture and have it alfredo-style.
