How to make it

  • Blend avocados, lime juice and honey in blender until smooth then fold in cream.
  • Pour into a mold and freeze until firm a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Dip mold in hot water for one minute until loosened.
  • Invert on serving dish and garnish with almonds and freshly grated coconut.
