How to make it

  • Cream butter or margarine and sugar.
  • Add the egg.
  • Mix well.
  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Add to butter mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Add vanilla and mix well.
  • Process into desired biscuit shapes.
  • Bake at 180 degrees C (360 deg. F) for 12 minutes.
  • You can dip it in chocolate aswell.
