How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Pie:
  • Follow the package directions for preparing the pie crust.
  • Cool.
  • Pile filling into the crust.
  • Spoon and spread the meringue in a pattern evenly over the pie. Spread well to the edge so that the meringue will not shrink as it bakes.
  • Bake at 425 degree until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
