Lemon Meringue Pie

                    - Pie: shopping list
 - Mix in a double boiler top shopping list
 - 1/4 c cornstarch shopping list

 - Cook and stir constantly over direct heat until the mixture boils. shopping list
 - Set over hot water, cover, and cook 20 minutes shopping list

 - 1 T lemon zest shopping list
 - 6 T lemon juice shopping list
 - 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten shopping list
 - Cook, and stir until thick; cool. shopping list

 - 1 - 9" Pet Ritz Deep-Dish pie crust shopping list
 - Meringue: shopping list
 - Put in a bowl shopping list
 - 4 egg whites; beat with electric mixer until in soft peaks when you lift out the beater. shopping list
 - Beat in gradually shopping list
 - 1/2 c sugar shopping list
 - 2 t lemon juice or 1/2 t vanilla shopping list

How to make it 
                    - Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
 - Pie:
 - Follow the package directions for preparing the pie crust.
 - Cool.
 - Pile filling into the crust.
 - Spoon and spread the meringue in a pattern evenly over the pie. Spread well to the edge so that the meringue will not shrink as it bakes.
 - Bake at 425 degree until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
