How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180
- Blend pork, onion & seasoning together ( best done in an electric mixer for a finer result).
- Shell eggs
- Cover each egg with the 'sausage' mixtue and form in to a ball.
- Dip in polenta and bake on a baking tray sprayed with low fat spray for 20 - 30 minutes in a hot oven until firm.
