How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Put dressing in a small bowl
  • Seperate biscuits and coat each with dressing
  • Fold bisquits in half
  • Place 2 biscuits, seam side down, into each of 10 lightly greased muffin tins
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly on biscuits
  • Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown

    Your recipe sounds great for a quick bread, but the name is misleading. Parker House rolls are a classic and originated in the famed Parker House in Boston in the 19th century. They are delicate, soft and can soak up a bunch of butter. If I can get the time, I'll post that recipe. Nothing wrong with your recipe, but the name.
