Italian Parker House Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing (do not use low calorie dressing)
  • 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 3 tbls. parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Put dressing in a small bowl
  3. Seperate biscuits and coat each with dressing
  4. Fold bisquits in half
  5. Place 2 biscuits, seam side down, into each of 10 lightly greased muffin tins
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly on biscuits
  7. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown

Your recipe sounds great for a quick bread, but the name is misleading. Parker House rolls are a classic and originated in the famed Parker House in Boston in the 19th century. They are delicate, soft and can soak up a bunch of butter. If I can get the time, I'll post that recipe. Nothing wrong with your recipe, but the name.
