Crockpot Macaroni Recipe

Simple but tasty crockpot macaroni. A family favorite.

Ingredients
- 8 oz macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 stick butter (play with this - can be too greasy), melted
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions
- Combine in crockpot, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for top.
- Cook on low for 3 hours.
- Add reserved cheese to top when ready to eat.

This came out really good! I used marble instead of sharp cheddar, and added 1/3 cup parmesan and ricotta. It came out nice and creamy! I also added diced ham...good recipe!

Paula Deen has a recipe for crockpot macaroni and cheese, but she uses a can of cheese soup. I don't like using premade ingredients like that, so I'm thrilled to have your version. Thanks for posting!

Just a note everyone...we made this again for Thanksgiving (we usually just make it for Sunday dinners) and with everything else going on, it was SOOO easy to throw it all in the crockpot and forget about it while we were working on everything else. Keep it in mind for Christmas!!
