Ingredients

Pork or Chicken Marinade #1

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 Tablespoons cider or balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

1/3 honey (you can use sugar, just smaller amount to your taste)

1 clove garlic, pressed or minced

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Mix well, marinate meat for 24 hours, season well with salt, pepper, and cajun seasonings, grill.

This marinade is fabulous! I used it on pork loin which I then grilled on skewers. It only marinaded for about an hour and it was still delicious!

I just made this for dinner. I didn't have long to marinate, just while the grill heated up, but I used my food sealer canisters that have vaccuum plugs. I put the marinade and loin into the canister and sucked all the air out, it sucks the marinade into the loin. I grilled with in-direct heat and it got RAVES from the whole family. Thanks for posting!!! Really delicious =O)
