Hot And Spicy Apple Sleepy Recipe
Nutmeg has phytochemicals that aid sleep and helps to calm. Oats help ward off the mid-night snack attacks

Ingredients
  • 2 Apples, peeled cored and sliced
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 Tbsp Oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 tsp each, cardamom cinnamon and nutmeg
  • Nutmeg to garnish

Directions
  1. Place apples, raisins, oatmeal and water in to a small pot
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 min
  3. Allow to cool slightly and place in blender
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Pour into a heat resistant cup and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  6. Sleep easy!
