Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place apples, raisins, oatmeal and water in to a small pot
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 min
  • Allow to cool slightly and place in blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into a heat resistant cup and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Sleep easy!
