How to make it

  • Trim the meet of unnecessary fat
  • Put all ingredients in the crock pot
  • Pierce the garlic into the meat or just put in with the broth
  • Cook for about 5 hours on high or 7 to 8 on low
  • Serve on bread (onion buns are good) with provolone and jalapenos, eat by itself with potatoes, OR put on a tortilla with avocado.
