Pepperoncini Roast Recipe
This is an easy recipe that I learned during college and is still one of my favorites. It is Great to throw in the crock pot in the morning and come home to. I added the can of beer just recently and it makes it even more tender.

Ingredients
  • 3 lb. roast (beef rump or pork shoulder roast)
  • 2 cans of beef broth
  • 1 jar of pepperoncinis with the juice
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 can of beer

Directions
  1. Trim the meet of unnecessary fat
  2. Put all ingredients in the crock pot
  3. Pierce the garlic into the meat or just put in with the broth
  4. Cook for about 5 hours on high or 7 to 8 on low
  5. Serve on bread (onion buns are good) with provolone and jalapenos, eat by itself with potatoes, OR put on a tortilla with avocado.
