Pepperoncini Roast

- 3 lb. roast (beef rump or pork shoulder roast) shopping list
- 2 cans of beef broth shopping list
- 1 jar of pepperoncinis with the juice shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 can of beer shopping list
How to make it
- Trim the meet of unnecessary fat
- Put all ingredients in the crock pot
- Pierce the garlic into the meat or just put in with the broth
- Cook for about 5 hours on high or 7 to 8 on low
- Serve on bread (onion buns are good) with provolone and jalapenos, eat by itself with potatoes, OR put on a tortilla with avocado.
