This is an outstanding vinaigrette and one that I make often. It is great over salads or even tossed with tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. It is bursting with flavor.

Fortunately I have some growing in my garden. Also the recipe calls for 2Tb picked cucumbers. I'm assuming this means pickled cucumbers? There are many varieties of pickled cucumbers. Dill, sweet, gherkins, cornichons, etc
