How to make it

  • In plastic baggie or small bowl, combine parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Beat eggs and water in a separate bowl.
  • Put potato flakes in yet another dish.
  • Dip chicken into egg mixture.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning mixture.
  • Dip in potato flakes.
  • Put into a baking dish (I use a 9x13 glass casserole) with the melted butter (I usually just melt it in the casserole dish).
  • Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes, turning once.
