Cucumber Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cucumber (peeled)

1 Cup of Yogurt

2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)

1 Tablespoon of Dill

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Grate the Cucumber....that's right, I said Grate.

Place the Grated Cucumber in a bowl with the Yogurt, Garlic, Dill and mix to combine.

Salt and Pepper the dip to taste.

Let Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Goes Great with Corn Chips, Pita Bread, or as a topping on Gyros.

O.K. honey. I'm not a big fan of yogurt and normally use sour cream instead. But, since it's you I'll try the yogurt.
