Hawaiian Pina Colada Pie Recipe
This is without a doubt one of my favorite pies. The great tastes here are unbeatable. What's not to love about rum, pineapple and coconut and all together OMG....fabulous. Try this, I promise you will love it.

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons rum extract
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
  • 15 ounce can cream of coconut
  • 8 ounce can crushed pineapple in juice drained
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup baking mix
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease pie plate.
  3. Beat all ingredients except last cup of coconut until well blended then pour into pie plate and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
  4. Bake 40 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
