Hawaiian Pina Colada Pie

- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons rum extract shopping list
- 1/4 cup rum shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter softened shopping list
- 15 ounce can cream of coconut shopping list
- 8 ounce can crushed pineapple in juice drained shopping list
- 1 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup baking mix shopping list
- 1 cup flaked coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease pie plate.
- Beat all ingredients except last cup of coconut until well blended then pour into pie plate and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
- Bake 40 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
