Brandied Cranberries 2

- 2 12 oz. bags of cranberries shopping list
- 1 C. brandy shopping list
- 2 C. brown sugar shopping list
- 3 C. granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 C. water shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Wash and soak berries for 1/2 hour.
- 2. Drain and place berries in pot w/water.
- 3. Boil five minutes and then simmer 10 minutes.
- 4. Drain water, add brandy and both sugars and 1/4 C. of water.
- 5. Stir gently and simmer another five minutes.
- You may add more water if the sauce is too thick.
