Brandied Cranberries 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 12 oz. bags of cranberries
  • 1 C. Brandy
  • 2 C. Brown Sugar
  • 3 C. granulated Sugar
  • 2 C. water

Directions
  1. 1. Wash and soak berries for 1/2 hour.
  2. 2. Drain and place berries in pot w/water.
  3. 3. Boil five minutes and then simmer 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Drain water, add brandy and both sugars and 1/4 C. of water.
  5. 5. Stir gently and simmer another five minutes.
  6. You may add more water if the sauce is too thick.
