Ingredients
  • Melt together:
  • 3 T. shortening
  • 3 squares chocolate
  • Blend in:
  • 2 C. sifted pwdr sugar
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 5 T. milk
  • 1 t. vanilla

Directions
  1. Beat icing until it becomes smooth and glossy/thick enough to spread. Stir in 1/2 C. of nuts, if desired.
  2. This will generously ice a 9X13 cake.
