How to make it

  • Heat the oil in alrge skillet
  • Add the onion, cook til tender
  • Add the beef
  • Brown the beef and drain the fat out of the pain
  • Add in the cooking wine and cook for a few minutes
  • Stir in the soup and the sour cream
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Serve over rice or egg noodles
  • (This dish usually needs a lot of salt)

    I love stroganoff..since I have lots of hamburger always...this will be a great recipe instead of waiting for round steak to come om sale. I will definitely give this a try..thanks for the post!
