How to make it

  • Combine soy sauce, 2 tbsp. sesame oil, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar and chili sauce in processor or blender. Blend until well combined. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before continuing.)
  • Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain. Rinse under cold water to cool; drain well. Transfer to bowl. Toss with 1 tbsp. sesame oil. Add green onions and red bell pepper and toss. Add enough dressing to coat; toss.
