Ingredients
  • 1 chicken thigh
  • 1 cup of dried chinese mushroom
  • 1/2 cup of chinese red dates
  • 2 tbs of Gou Qi Zi (Lycium Fruit or goji berries)
  • 2 cups of chinese rice wine
  • 6 cups of water
  • a little of ginger, bruised
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Boil water, add mushroom, red dates, gouji zi, ginger, chicken, cook for around 30 mins
  2. add rice wine, salt and pepper cook for another 15 mins, serve hot

Sounds good to me! maybe more people will understand when I mention that Lycium Fruit is sometimes also called goji berries. Such a great post I hope this will get more people to look up the health benefits of this plant and fruit.
