  • Boil water, add mushroom, red dates, gouji zi, ginger, chicken, cook for around 30 mins
  • add rice wine, salt and pepper cook for another 15 mins, serve hot

    Sounds good to me! maybe more people will understand when I mention that Lycium Fruit is sometimes also called goji berries. Such a great post I hope this will get more people to look up the health benefits of this plant and fruit.
