Spinach Vegetable Dip

This is literally the easiest, most requested dip I make. There's a recipe on the Knorr Vegetable Soup package, but I don't make it like that.:) Here you go....enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of mayonnaise, Hellman's (and yes, it does make a difference) shopping list
- 1 Cup of sour cream shopping list
- 1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix shopping list
- 1 10 ounce package chopped spinach, thawed and with the moistured squeezed out (use paper towels) shopping list
How to make it
- Use hand mixer to blend all ingredients
- Make approximately an hour to four hours before serving
- Place in a bread bowl for a nice presentation, marble rye boule is an excellent accompaniment.
- I would suggest having extra bread on hand.......and you probably should double the recipe while you're at it.
