How to make it
- Place meat in a gallon-sized ziploc bag, and add lemon juice, onion, garlic, and oil. Marinate overnight or at least for a few hours.
- Remove meat from bag; discard marinade. Salt/pepper meat lightly.
- Grill for 5 minutes on each side (may need longer cooking time for chicken). Wrap in foil and let meat rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice into thin strips against the grain.
