I needed an easy, elegant dessert for a afternoon get-together and found this on the internet. Next time, I might try with orange curd and top with orange slices or mandarin oranges.

12 whole, fresh berries (optional - I used blackberries) shopping list

How to make it

Place about a tablespoon of lemon curd filling in each pre-baked tartlet shell.
Refrigerate until serving.
If desired, top each tartlet with a fresh whole berry
