Carrot Pineapple Muffins

- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup oil shopping list
- 2 beaten large eggs shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup finely grated carrot shopping list
- 1 cup crushed drained pineapple shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Prepare muffin tins.
- Beat together sugar, oil and beaten eggs.
- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt then mix well.
- Add dry mix to wet mix and stir to moisten.
- Add carrots, pineapple and vanilla.
- Spoon into pans and bake for 20 minutes.
