Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (white or brown- but not dark brown)
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of flour
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup light corn syrup (or 1 cup maple)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup of chocolate syrup OR 1/2 cup chocolate baking chips
  • 1 1/4 cup pecans
  • pie crust store bought or see IVY for recipe

Directions
  1. Pre-heat to 375
  2. whip the eggs in a large bowl slowly adding the sugar.
  3. add melted butter and vanilla, dashing in the flour and salt.
  4. stir in the corn syrup and chocolate syrup/chips until smooth and easy.
  5. Add the pecans.
  6. Bake for 35 mins and check.
  7. Check again shortly after.
  8. My oven is small so set oven accordingly. Size matters.
