Nice scalloped taste- side dish to any meat makes me think of mom's food It is always a big hit at our Church potlucks.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 6 Tsp chopped green pepper
  • 4Tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • small. grated onion
  • 1/2 pound cheese grated
  • 4 Tsp. flour
  • 4 Tsp butter

Directions
  1. Mix together and bake for 45min to 1 hr.
